Health & Spiritual Coaching/ Mentoring
My holistic approach to health coaching provides a safe space free from judgement, outside expectations and obligations. A space that is completely about you. Allowing time for you to connect with what you truly want in life.
Quantum Energy Healing
This Session is an exploration of the physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual aspects of your being, guided by Divine Source/God.In Your session I may use a blend of prayer, guided meditation, sound; light language, toning, singing bowls as guided. Clearing and balancing any energetic blockages as they arise. Allowing an organic unravelling and expansion of your being.
Bodywork
I use a blend of techniques within my treatments focusing on postural alignment, deep tissue techniques, sports massage techniques, essential oils and modalities to initiate the healing response within the body. Every treatment is tailored to the individual needs of the client to promote healing through a balance of mind, body and spirit.
Every Coach is unique, and every Client is unique so no two coaching experiences are the same. I wanted to share with you though, my take on Health Coaching, what I bring to the table in a coaching program with me and the passions that drive me to be a Coach.
