This question has been coming up for me more and more over the last few months and this morning it was like a huge road block, felt very much in my chest with a paralysis that took over my whole body….. what do you do next when all of the systems you are living in no longer feel aligned??? Well you let it all out to friends who get you, use essential oils and breathe, break down and ask for divine guidance.
Next thing I know I’m decluttering my social media starting with instagram, unfollowing people, making space for me to have choice over what energy comes into my awareness.
Wait……….. oh no i’ve removed ALL of my followers!!! 😂

I’ve also been drawn to coming back to my website, something I created before it was a big thing to build a business on social media. Something that I own and run and doesn’t get me to jump through hoops of ever changing algorithms.
And a place where if you are here, you have made the conscious choice to be here now reading this.

Every Coach is unique, and every Client is unique so no two coaching experiences are the same. I wanted to share with you though, my take on Health Coaching, what I bring to the table in a coaching program with me and the passions that drive me to be a Coach.
Every Coach is unique, and every Client is unique so no two coaching experiences are the same. I wanted to share with you though, my take on Health Coaching, what I bring to the table in a coaching program with me and the passions that drive me to be a Coach.
The area of Health Coaching I work within is Women’s wellness, I specialise in supporting Mothers. Whether you've been a mother for a while or are in the early days of Motherhood, the changes that we experience as women often leave us wondering who we are and how we fit into this new World, without losing sight of ourselves.
The Coaching I provide is all about supporting my clients to create the kind of environment they need around themselves and within themselves, to be able to gently peeling back the layers of societal and cultural conditioning. As the layers lift we can see and feel more clearly what brings us joy, we can tune into our own intuition and more easily tune out of the opinions of others.
Our desires rise to the surface and we find the courage and strength to live and parent from this deeper place of knowing.
When I became a Mum I was in awe of my baby and the tribe of Mothers I had now become a part of. There is nothing that can quite prepare you for this new journey.!!! It quickly became clear that in order to preserve the beautiful qualities of my child, I had to step up in ways i had never had to before. I had to find my voice, tap into my intuition, become self aware and manage my emotions. It was then I noticed my conditioning, my tendencies, and how much i needed to take care of me in order to take the best care I could of my child. I noticed how easy it was to forget about myself and how that spiraled into my parenting.
I wasn't the only one this was happening to, I observed so many amazing women losing themselves to Motherhood, trying to meet all of the criteria that society puts on us to be all things to all people except ourselves.
It is important to me to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for my clients to move at their own pace, exploring through my gentle questioning what may or may not be working for them. I help them come back into their bodies, into the present moment and work from their heart centre allowing the thinking mind to relax and that deeper knowing we all have inside of ourselves to arise.
It is my intention that my clients feel heard, cared for and empowered to live the lives that have been calling to them.

Still relatively new but becoming more and more common, Health Coaching is just that, Coaching clients on all aspects of their Health.
Just like athletes have a coach to be at the very top of their game, more and more people are investing in their health and well being by working with a Health Coach. And just like sports coaches specialise in their area of expertise, Swimming, javelin etc, it is the same for Health Coaches, some specialise in healthy weight loss, others in hormone health and autoimmune disease, or Women's Wellness to name but a few.

As well as working in areas of nutrition a Health Coach will also work with you on your Primary foods - the other areas of your life that feed you; relationships, career, movement, spirituality.
A coach will support you to gain clarity on who you really are and what you really want in life. Bringing your desires and dreams into the forefront and guiding you to align your everyday life with these desires.
We do not tell you what to do we create the space, time and questioning to guide you deeper towards your own truth, making small changes that release you from the layers of conditioning you have picked up along the way - other people’s opinions, voices and fears. A coach will help you uncover thought patterns and beliefs that are not in alignment with your truth and desires.
When You can hear your own voice, live your life on your terms and free yourself from fears that are holding you back you become lighter, have more energy and experience the joy that is already inside of you.
List or not to list…...
I have just spent what feels like a very productive hour writing lists and then acting on them!
This is something I very rarely do preferring to, Be free and go with the flow!! Writing lists just takes me into ALL the things I think I should be doing or never get round to doing so I slip into a bubble of avoidance, ifI can't see it, it's not there kind of avoidance. And why write a list that i'll forget to look at or not feel like acting upon in the future???
However something feels different today, I can't quite put my finger on it but writing a blog post for my new website is something that has been floating around in my energy field for a while ( see I have lists they just clog up my energy field and mind waiting to manifest).
Writing on a physical piece of paper seems to bring the transitory, un- tangible idea into this present moment and here I sit achieving one of the many ideas that floats around in my head, here I am writing a Blog post!! I didn't know that this was the subject I'd be talking to you about today and guess what? there's freedom and flow in the way that I'm writing to you…something that has been such a procrastination for me…… I have a belief that everything happens exactly when and how it's supposed to, if it's supposed to happen at all, and no amount of pushing, forcing, beating yourself up and will power will make it so until it is ready to be so. If only my ego shared that belief as well ;-)

I never fully understood what that would feel like and if I'd recognise 'right action' if indeed it did arise. Well here it is free flowing-ish and feeling amazing!! All initiated by the motivation to write myself a list (I prefer to title it " What I would like to achieve" rather than a 'To DO' list), get the busy scattered musings out of my head and onto some paper to be witnessed. Sometimes the action can be small but the movement it creates can be vast.
Yes I will write lists again and may even look at and act on the other things on my list, it really is a great tool for getting things out of your head and into real life so to speak. I will however wait for 'right action' to motivate me into doing so… I can already feel the seeds of fresh ideas for another post starting to fill my mind… i may just write them down ;-)

Turmeric tea with a twist!
Spring may well be here, but that hasn't stopped all the nasty bugs flying around the last few days and I've managed to catch my self a bit of a cold. When I'm feeling a bit low and in need of an immunity boost I always turn to anti-inflammatory hero turmeric to cheer me up. Here's my recipe for the best turmeric tea with plenty of lemon to zap away a cold and boost your immunity.
Ingredients:
2 cups of water
1 inch of fresh root ginger
2 teaspoons of ground turmeric
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of lemongrass tea leaves
6 black peppercorns
Juice of 1 lemon
Teaspoon of raw honey to taste (optional)
A pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt (or rock salt)
- Bring the water to boil in a small saucepan
- Add all the ingredients apart from the tea leaves and allow to simmer for around 10 minutes. Be sure not to boil it at this stage.
- Add the leaves for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and strain through a sieve in to a teapot or jar.
- Serve and enjoy
On the power of quiet moments
Yesterday on the Mountain, today Resting with a view!!! Sometimes the best medicine is to stop, close your eyes and sleep If that's what your body is asking for.
They're all zooming around amongst spectacular views and a part of me is up there with them!!! 🎿 I'm learning however to live my life honoring my own needs in response to the cue's of my body and today this is my view and my body is thanking me for it!!! 🙏😴🌱
